Although the interior and exterior is glazed and water resistant, we recommend handling with caution. If dirty, carefully clean with warm soapy water and microfiber cloth. Use microfiber cloth to remove dust.

We operate as a small studio, crafting each item with care. We update our listings as products are made, meaning many of our offerings do not maintain regular inventory unless explicitly stated on the listing. If an item is available for purchase, it will be ready for you to add to your cart without the 'sold out' label.

Please note that all sales are final. In the unfortunate event of transit damage or defective parts, kindly retain all original packaging and promptly document any issues upon delivery. Please report damages with accompanying photos / videos within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess whether the item qualifies for repair or replacement. If neither option is feasible, a refund may be considered.
